A: Required funds to move in include the first month’s rent and the security deposit.

A: Yes, the deposit is refundable. Some deductions may apply.
Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
A: First call us to schedule a showing. Properties must be viewed prior to applications being submitted. Applications can be completed online.
Q: How do I pay rent?
A: Rent to be paid by electronic funds transfer. Preferred method is electronic funds transfer; payments may be made by check.
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: If currently renting all pets to be approved by landlord. If approved appropriate increase in deposit will need to be made.
Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: We would like to see a 30-day written notice.
