Meet the Team

Collins Property Management was formed in 1996 by Betty Collins, a licensed Real Estate Broker. In 2019 Craig Adachi, (Current Owner) purchased Collins Property Management.

Collins Property Management offers the finest in real estate management services for both residential and commercial properties in Nevada City, Grass Valley and surrounding areas. Tenants and property owners benefit from our friendly, professional, and excellent service.

Craig Adachi » Property Manager, Owner

In late 1999, Craig decided to act upon his dream of a better way of life and moved from the driving pace, congestion and crime of the Bay Area, to the charm, peace and breathtaking natural beauty of Nevada County. In 2000 he went into the real estate profession with expertise from 14 years of marketing in both the financial and golf industries. Integrity, accountability, passion, and drive have led to his recognition as one of the leaders in the local real estate market and in the community. Craig has personally experienced the excitement, joy and occasional uncertainty of relocating to a new area. In each instance he remembers how he was treated and what things worked and what things didn't. He brings that perspective to every transaction and will do his best to make your experience the beneficiary of his experience, the way he wished it had been!

In 2019 Craig purchased Collins Property Management which has been servicing Nevada County for over 20 years. Toni » Office Manager
Toni has been the office manager with Collings Property Management for over 5 years. Her extensive time in law enforcement, and several years as an HP project manager gives her a very solid foundation with extensive experience in all aspects of administrative tasks as well as the processing of rental applications, preparing contracts and various administrative duties; there isn’t much that Toni hasn’t mastered. Over the years Toni has increased the customer satisfaction ratings, in turn increasing our repeat customer business.
Lewie » Bookkeeper/Maintenance Manager
As the company bookkeeper and maintenance manager. When a tenant needs to report a problem, they can call in and we find a service provider who can offer a quick solution. The bookkeeper makes sure that rents are collected on time and Landlords receive their checks and monthly and yearly statements.
Kim Hale » Showing Agent
Kim is one of our showing agents, licensed in real estate, Kim offers extensive knowledge about the housing industry as well as the Nevada County area.
Devon Gossett » Administrative Assistant
Devon has joined the Collins Property Management Team as anAdministrative Assistant. She will be providing support to all departments,handling special projects and events as well as focusing on marketing andadvertising for the company as well as the rental properties. As a licensedrealtor since 2003, and a local resident since 1986, Devon brings with her awealth of knowledge for this industry and local area.
