The breathtaking beauty of Nevada County charmed Craig into moving from the Bay Area to the foothills of California in 1999. In 2000, Craig ventured into the Real Estate industry where he could enjoy working closely with clients. Craig’s integrity, accountability, and passions quickly lead him to be one of the leaders in local Real Estate market.  

Craig then expanded into Property management in 2019 becoming the owner of Collins Property Management. He is able to help even more people find their ideal living situation whether they are property owners, buyers or tenants, residential or commercial.

Collins Property Management is a multi-faceted company built on integrity, service and being solution orientated for owners and tenants. A licensed Realtor since 2003, and a local resident since 1986, Devon brings with her a wealth of knowledge for the real estate industry, Nevada County, and surrounding areas. Devon joined the Collins Property Management team for special projects in 2019, came on board as an administrative assistant in 2020 and then became the director of operations early 2021.

Some of her responsibilities include processing applications, renewals, drawing up leases and handling after hours emergency maintenance calls. She is also the company bookkeeper. Her attention to detail, fairness and love of contracts makes this the perfect position for Devon.

In August 2022 Collins Property Management was lucky enough to have Heather Turnbough join our team! A Nevada County native, Heather Turnbough brings with her a wealth of unique knowledge in various fields related to the property management industry in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Heather started as our maintenance coordinator and has now taken over the maintenance department as the Maintenance Director. If you have a question regarding maintenance – Heather is the one to ask!

Genevieve is the Cross Functional Coordinator at Collins Property Management. Often, you will hear her joyful voice answering the phone as she works diligently to fulfill your requests. She is often the one that fills in a little here and there; returning calls and emails, or you may also see her out at one of the properties. As a resident of the Sierra Nevada Foothills, Genevieve sincerely hopes that you find your perfect place to call home.

In 2021, Leslie Robbins became a valuable member of our team at Collins Property Management. With a deep passion for photography, she lends her talents to capturing images of new rental properties. One of her key responsibilities is arranging appointments with prospective tenants, and helping to achieve their housing goals. After qualified tenants are approved, Leslie oversees the move-in process to ensure that the property is in the best possible condition for the new tenant to settle into their new home. With her excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail, our tenants feel confident and secure in their decision to work with Collins Property Management. Leslie has raised her children in Nevada County and enjoys spending her free time outdoors, indulging in activities like mountain biking, and paddleboarding. She appreciates and takes advantage of all the natural beauty that Nevada County has to offer.
